We have three rooms to offer making it a perfect options for friends, siblings and families.

Our family lives in a spacious 5 bedroom-2 story home but we only occupy two bedrooms since my daughter is now going to college in California. My son also attends college and lives at home. I work from home most of the time.

I love hosting and have been doing it for almost 12 years. I love getting to know YOU and learning about your culture and sharing our culture. Over the years we have hosted college interns, students and military personnel attending the University of Texas - San Antonio (UTSA), UT Health Science Center, BAMC, St. Mary's University, and Defense Language Institute (DLI) at Lackland Air Force Base. These students have been from from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Taiwan, S. Korea, France, Romania, and Mexico. We have also hosted vacationing tourists and business professionals transitioning to San Antonio.

I have traveled around the US, Mexico, and Ecuador. We love going to hotspots downtown, out to eat, and to the movies. :)

Our home is in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood with an alarm for additional security so you can feel safe. Your bedroom door also has a lock & key for privacy. Free WiFi. I can do your laundry for you once a week if you wish.

No contract required. I ask that you please be respectful and give me two weeks notice that you plan to move out.

- Weekly stays are $200 a week

- Self-serve Continental Breakfast included. Items available: milk, cereal, fruit, toast, orange juice, Keurig coffee.

- Dinner...I don't cook dinner everyday but when i do, I will let you know in advance that day so you can decide if you want to try what i'm making. :)

- Guests are expected to leave rooms and bathroom clean & dry for the next person.

- Need transportation to work or the University?
$25-50 per week depending on location and frequency.

- Rent/Payment is due the day you check-in. For Monthly stays - rent is due every month on the day you initially checked in. If you checked in on the 5th, then rent is due the 5th of every month - no exceptions.

There is no curfew at our home...this means you can come home at anytime day or night...except for students younger than 18.
