I have been hosting students for 9 years and enjoy sharing my house with others and learning about your culture. I have traveled to Costa Rica, Mexico, and Canada, Boston, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Rhode Island, California.. I live in a very secure neighborhood in Northwest San Antonio and live 10 minutes away from The University of Texas. We have hospitals nearby, grocery stores, good restaurants and a Planet Fitness gym 1 mile away, and the beautiful Hardberger Park where you can bike or jog. I have a lovely 1 story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a formal dining room and living room. There is wi-fi, and printer available for you to use, as well as cable TV. My interests and hobbies are reading, walking, pet sitting and taking weekend trips to the Texas Hill Country, and rock concerts.
No contract, must give 2 week notice.
Rules of the house are you pay rent on the day that it is due, no smoking in the house, keep your room nice and neat as well as the kitchen area.
No overnight guests are allowed. I will do your laundry and provide the detergent for you.
I am semi-retired and willing to travel to New York or Las Vegas or wherever you would like to travel.
