Shared energy efficient home (2BD of 3BD) in the Stonecreek Community with a nice lawn and big back yard; home is also a short drive away from JBSA-Lackland, Northwest Vista College, and Sea World. We currently have an outside dog and two outside cats, and we're not interested in having anymore pets on our home. The available rooms for rent are two furnished 12' X 11'; Rentee will have shared access to: kitchen, living area, study, laundry, pantry, workout room, and 1.5 bathrooms. Stonecreek HOA includes a family center with access to a swimming pool, park, and basket ball courts. First month's rent upfront and rent will be due at the beginning of each month.
