Hello!
I've done Homestay over 10 years. Having taught ESL (English as a Second Language), I am able to help students with their English. I'm a Museum member, so whenever there is an event or other interesting city activities, I invite my guests.
A block away is a bus line. I teach my guests how to move around the city by taking the bus. Rent includes a comfortable room, television, cable, Internet wireless access, and 2 meals (continental breakfast and dinner). A minimum stay of 1 month is required and guests have to be 20 and older.
